Pros

Fast pace, interesting, varied customers, mentoring attitude of owners, friendly staff. Overall seems like a very good place to start a career. Pay was decent.

Cons

Some middle management can tend to micromanage. Seems to be a push to get every possible drop of productivity from you, turnover seems high, not always a clear message from owners vs middle managers. An example would be that the managers want you to follow the letter of the company pricing guidelines, while the owners will use logic and common sense to make a sale, satisfy a customer and make money.

Pros

Fast paced environment if you're into that sort of thing, very casual dress code.

Cons

The owners rarely agree on anything, so it's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation a lot. High turnover. The environment is unprofessional, resembles a sweat shop. The owners do not appreciate their employees, they are a dime a dozen and are quick to let go of people. They do not offer benefits. Most of the employees start off at minimum wage or below the industry average.
