Pros

It's not stuffy. Like any job, you have to perform your duties of course, whatever they might be, but it's a very relaxed fun atmosphere. People are quick wit a smile and joke and management does have that "no smiling at work" policy that other places I've been have. i wouldn't choose or not choose a job for this but another pro is the casual dress code. It is really nice to know you can come in w/ jeans and a t-shirt whenever you want and not feel out of place.

Cons

Benefits are decent but not hyper, they could be expand on. Having said that, they've made several really major improvements even just last year so it seems management consider it a priority and have worked to make it even better. Which is nice. I expect that to keep getting better still.

Pros

My time there was a good learning experience and was rewarding. I learned a lot about the industry, consultative approaches to service and sales, and how to work in a team, which were all new to me.

Cons

This might be irrelevant already since the company was looking to move but the building could use updating. They took some of us on tours of the new building prospects and they were all really nice and they could have moved by now. I moved on myself before the company moved.
