Pros

Fun and Casual environment. Strong team feel. Many talented people in all aspects of the company, easy to learn a variety of useful skills. Very approachable and helpful management team. They set you up with everything you need to succeed. Strong pay and benefits and all kinds of perks on top of that.

Cons

As casual as it is, its a very successful company so it is competitive. Rewarding if you are willing to put in the effort, but if you're lazy, it gets exposed.
