Really fun team environment and youthful company atmosphere. Managers really do honestly care about their team members as humans, not just numbers or butts in seats. T-shirts really sell themselves, but if you’re good at sales, you’ll do very well and get to manage bigger accounts quickly. Benefits were good and sales bonuses at the time were decent– was based on the whole team’s sales results, so if you have a bad week, it’s not likely to cost you your dinner.

Cons

Pay raises could be more frequent or uniformly administered.

- Excellent work life balance. Schedules are flexible most of the year except for the busy seasons, but even then management will try their best to work with you. - Receptive management. The management team is always there to help answer any questions you may have and to give you advice. - EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS ON CUSTOM GEAR!!! - Good starting salary with yearly raises and excellent benefits - Awesome company culture with monthly contests with cash prizes, and also bonuses

Cons

- It is a very fast paced job and somewhat easy to be overwhelmed. Don't be afraid to ask for help if there is something you don't understand. - There could be more healthy choices in the café

Pros

Management is great. Benefits are amazing. Career growth possibilities are endless.

Cons

There are some negative reviews on here that seem to inaccurate and untrue. The benefits plans are affordable and offer great coverage with a large network. I'm not sure of any company that would offer such great benefits at such a low out of pocket cost. PTO is right on par with other manufacturing companies. I never seem to have an issue with my PTO running out.
