I've worked in many different positions across various companies, and Rush Order Tees is by far the best place I've ever been employed. Together as a team we bring creativity to life. We transform dreams, visions and ideas into reality on a daily basis. The Rush team can accomplish at least 6 impossible things before lunch on a slow day. Tshirts are a lifestyle! #rot4life

Employees are awarded a minimal amount of PTO and the process to earn more hours is slow. The amount of time needed to manage a family, their health as well as all of their appointments throughout the year does not leave any paid time off for vacation.

Supportive and hard working team members make for a great working environment where it is laid back and things run smoothly. If you're a hard worker you will have plenty of room for growth. Also tons of company events and team comradery encouraged always!

Stimulating and fast paced work, doesn't get boring. Nice people, casual dress and hardworking mindsets. Culture doesn't feel corporate and stuffy, it feels young, fast and loose. Payments are prompt with good benefits.

Cons

Vacation days are on the low side compared to other companies, with only 6 major holidays are celebrated and 10 PTO days.
