Pros

Co-workers are chill. Casual dress code. Game room/ food market is pretty cool.

Cons

Upper management is a running this place into the ground. Managers are extremely unprofessional, quick to throw you under the bus for their mistakes and have little to no respect for their employees. No paid holidays. Required overtime with poor pay. Your hard work and dedication is not appreciated by management at all.

Flexible hours and weekends off.

Cons

You get PTO that adds up to about 5 days a year and you are expected to use it if you want to get paid for holidays, being sick, vacation, or if the company decides to close for the day because it's slow. People on their phone way too much, no direction from management.
