The management pushes a little too hard. They encourage you to exploit people and to occasionally lie. They want you to push products on customers who cannot afford it, nor have any use for it. Why sell a 70 year old grandmother a tablet when she has trouble working her flip phone? Often we would work with someone to set up a payment plan to pay their bill because they had fallen behind on payments.... And then have management push us to sell something new to them anyway and increase their bill. Several times the managers would put in an Internet service order in their names, and cancel it later just to get the commission off of it. If you raise these concerns to management, or corporate, you are silenced and diciplined for questioning.
