Pros

Insurance and that’s about it

Cons

The equipment is old as dinosaurs and it’s a revolving door of people. They run short handed and takes them forever to hire someone. If you like your holidays forget about it you’ll work those days while the corporate people gets every holiday off and yet those suits complain about production not being met. Improper training and the 12 hours are long and you’ll have to skip your lunch and breaks many nights. To many chiefs not enough indians The gain share is a joke with unattainable goals from our corporate management in production. I know the pockets are full in corporate when it comes to their bonuses.
