Pros

Great parties, pension plan is a great bonus and an uncommon benefit. Free coffee , nice cafeteria and building.

Cons

Highly overworked with no work/ life balance. Upper management doesn’t care as long as they get they get their huge bonuses. Salaries are low compared to comparable positions. Company is owned by RPM International which adds another layer of upper management looking at the numbers only with no regard for the human element. People are leaving due to all of the above.

Pros

Benefits, team orientation and perks. The company wants to do the right thing, but they don't have the right leadership in place to execute at a high level.

Cons

Poor leadership, not an environment that encourages and enables a safe and exciting place to share ideas.

Pros

Good benefits and decent pay

Cons

No chance to advance unless you are a favorite. 7 years now I've worked there watching under qualified employees who are popular get chosen for promotions that should have gone to more qualified and experienced employees.
