-Good pay and great benefits -Excellent cafeteria and coffee bar -Resume builder

Cons

-Very cliquish, if you do not make friends with the right people, right away, you will not last -no training, sink or swim atmosphere -management claims to want fresh ideas, but only if the ideas are want management wants you to present
