Pros

Good pay and benefits. Nice people. Fun employee appreciation events. Nice office environment and facilities. Company spends a lot of money on improving the work space and equipment. If you need something to make your job better or easier (like a piece of software), they are OK if you go buy it.

Cons

Not enough parking for all employees. The management style is very top down. They are heavily involved with daily minutia, which is distracting and causes unnecessary delays in projects. Executive management should be focused on strategic vision and not daily operations. They try to run the company like a small business, but sales are over $1 billion dollars. That formula will not work long term. Many of the newest people they have hired recently are frustrated and ready to resign.

Pros

Collaborative environment, gain exposure to a lot of different areas within the company

Cons

Poor management and training: I worked there for 1 year and never had any type of performance review. Training was all done by co-workers and there was no basic training that is common in many other workplaces. Stagnated growth: there was not a lot of opportunity for growth

Pros

Interview starts off very well but quickly hits a wall.

Cons

Make a video about what motivates you? I just don’t get why these people want to screw up a very straight forward process for hiring a sales person. I thought the request was very bazaar. They should do the whole thing on Facebook. This would save everyone time and effort.
