Pros

Excellent benefits, opportunity to grow and develop, accessible managers, professional but friendly environment, training opportunities, flexibility when needed, and great co-workers.

Cons

While I do not have many negative things to say, I do think that at times the environment or decision making can be a bit too political.

Management vs. Workers...just like most places.

Pros

The line and manufacturing workers and the floor level managers are great people, almost a family like atmosphere.

Cons

Upper management doesn't have much contact with the floor people, communication could be better. Middle management behaves like the line workers are an enemy that needs to be controlled.

Pros

The people were great to work with. You have the freedom to have a life outside of work. When times were good they tried to take care of the employees b doing some thing extra.

Cons

You never knw what is going on the communation is so bad that everything is done last minute becase no one ever thinks ahead. Also if you did not fit in with th right people you will never move beyond the position you were hired for. And if you are tring to get information for anything it can take forever because no one ever returns phoe calls.
