      1. Networking and knowledge sharing among coworkers is often just a matter of placing a call or asking a question and answers are right available. 2.Diversity often brings different perspectives to enhance productivity and efficiency 3.The availability of unending employees enhancement programs improve productivity.

      Cons

      1. Too much bureaucracy on job often reduces morale especially when a project needs urgent approval but it's being delayed as a result of bureaucratic approval.

      Pros

      Big university (also a BIG TEN UNIVERSITY), various majors/subjects, many resources from different resource centers and faculties and stuff; Student Research Assistant Salary is relatively higher than similar universities in the same area. Good location to downtown New Brunswick and neighbor to New York City. Football is a big thing here. Very good employee benefits, probably the best in NJ.

      Cons

      On-campus living expense is expensive. Some department have too many politics and are not put employee or student as their service priority. Many good faculties are leaving to better universities causing the interruption on graduate student's work and study.
