Breath of Fresh Air!

Pros

-Great team to work with! -Helping our members save money, it makes my job fun helping others! -Coming from a retail setting, this job is a breath of fresh air -Being a newer business, we learn and grow as we go. But the team all puts in effort which makes it amazing!

Cons

-Not remote (but we’re getting there!)

Not terrible. Not great

Pros

They pay well for pharmacy techs. Much higher than the average retail pharmacy tech.

Cons

Benefits are not great. Yes, the health insurance is free, but that is for the highest deductible plan and it doesn’t cover things well. Plus if I wanted to add my child onto my plan, it’s $129 per paycheck. My other issue is that the company most certainly plays favorites. Pharmacy support gets left out of a lot of events or any fun thing that’s happening in the office because we have to literally be on the phone CONSTANTLY and if we aren’t then we could get in big trouble. Which is ridiculous because it’s like “can I at least use the bathroom without worrying about losing my job?” They expect way too much out of us.

Great work-life balance, good mission/goal we are all working towards.

Cons

Company culture has taken a turn and growth seems stagnant. Benefits could be better.

We appreciate your review, and thanks for taking the time to weigh in. We actually are still growing rapidly in terms of revenue and employee count. Our culture is constantly evolving with the addition of so many new faces and personalities. Naturally, the bigger we get the less "tight-knit" things seem compared to 1, 2, or 5 years ago, but building on our strong, inclusive culture remains and will always be a top priority from the CEO on down.
