Pros

A few (and I mean a FEW) cool people; mostly flexible work hours besides the CMO who micromanages everyone on his team and never takes responsibility for his own actions or projects so it can make your role highly un-flexible

Cons

Where do I start? If I could have given ZERO stars I would have. Rich, entitled white men run the show and own the org and if you don't submit to their ways, or [worse] if you challenge them you're ousted or treated VERY poorly. Also, if you're not a rich entitled white male you won't be taken seriously or allowed to make decisions. A whole slew of women in leadership recently were treated poorly and basically made to feel uncomfortable to the point of wanting to leave. Benefits are avg compared to other tech. Their new benefits platform is total GARBAGE. Their product development process is nonexistent so not sure how they will ever hit their goals, both short and long term.
