Pros

The company takes care of employees. Great balance, good benefits, and really great support throughout the pandemic. The product is good and can be great. Brought in a lot of good people while I was there. Still run by founders, so you can feel it matters a lot to them which is great, but can also slow things down at times.

Cons

Slow decision-making at times. No physical office anymore. Growing fast - so a bit chaotic at times.

Pros

Pay is good, the harder you work the more you make. They will help you to get where you want to go. The unlimited PTO is great! and you can work from anywhere, which during covid has been amazing!

Cons

normal growing pains. they love to give entry level a shot so there are always growing and training pains with that. Sometimes you have the sales shark scenario but they are great at working through it and being fair!
