Pros

-As stated in the headline, RxVantage is full of incredibly talented, supportive and determined individuals that are wanting to help improve the healthcare industry in the life-science/pharma space. -While it sounds generic, it is very true that everyone at Rx wants each other to succeed and will help in whatever way possible to make that happen.

Cons

Don't have too much negative to say about RxVantage. As with most SaaS start-ups, just hyper-growth growing pains and figuring out best sales processes along the way.

Pros

Great work culture defined by management's trust and belief in your skillset. Management lets you do what they hired you to do, which is a nice feeling. Plus, unlimited PTO and amazing leadership!

Cons

Half of the sales team tries incredibly hard to hit metrics, the other half can't be bothered, and the paychecks and/ or lead distribution don't necessarily reflect the effort of former mentioned sales reps.
