      Pros

      Decent pay. CEO much better than prior one. Decent 80+ year old company that wins well on the truck leasing side, supply chain side not so well.

      Cons

      IT systems are in the dark ages and show no signs of improving. They promote Lean but are not a lean company. Has the usual layoffs every 12-18 months due to stock market or economy. No benefits on day one, have to wait 30-60 days. Corporate doesn't have a clue what goes on at the locations in the field. Can only advance if you are willing to relocate to another city/state.

      Pros

      Good pay and fast paced so you you are never bored. After one year you can advance and transfer to pretty much anywhere if you meet the jobs qualifications.

      Cons

      They promote a culture of work life balance but management does not support it. You are never off work and 12-14 hour days are common. You are constantly being micromanage and forced to make decisions based on customer influence even when it is detrimental to the company. Revenue is king even if it is not profitable.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Lots of opportunity for growth. You have the opportunity to work directly with upper level management. Have the opportunity to work with smart people. Many people work there more than 15 years.

      Cons

      Long hours and poor work life balance. Starting PTO is limited to two weeks. Computer systems are out of date.
