Flexible direct management team and understanding needs of the employee. Teams were great to work for, felt like a tight knit family.

Cons

Not sure what all parts of the businesses are doing. Need to support all business units to succeed for the overall company strategy.

Its a large organization so projects are slow to get going and are liable to be dropped.
