Pros

Free soda fountains, free parking, flexible hours, comfortable work areas, good location that it's very close to many eateries and starbucks

Cons

on call, late hours, no overtime pay, no bonuses, little recognition for a job well done, no room for career advancement, middle management is clueless

Pune seems to be the only location for learning opportunities. Nothing spent on employee development in Norcross.

The insurance was okay. HR not an employee advocate. Norcross not a good place to work.

Cons

Long hours, low pay compared with other companies with equal jobs, bad team level and line management contributes to low moral. Some managers like teflon.

Pay is great 3 weeks vacation to start Benefits are reasonable (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k) Casual environment Talented individuals, very friendly people to work with

Cons

Processes need major improvement in all business units Communication lacking between upper management and its worker bees Workload is unbalanced (some employees are overwhelmed while others are idle)
