Pros

The coworkers you meet become some of your greatest friends. They keep the office clean and the directors really care about their employees.

Cons

Their hiring process is awful. Decisions are made by senior management, when senior management clearly has a hard time grasping any concept about what the company stands for. No ownership is taken when decisions are made that are not well received, blame is placed on other managers. The reps have been forced to be micromanaged while being underpaid. The managers have been given less tools and bodies to help their staff grow.

Pros

Great Benefits, Great coworkers, Great Pay, Great Location. I've been with this company for over a year and I love the company that's why I'm choosing to stay. You can't find a place where the work is easy once you get past the first month or two. There is a lot of risk as you're working for multiple credit unions but we all make mistakes as long as it's not fraud you're okay. Give the company a shot. there's a lot of people who will rate it poorly but you need to make your own decision!

Cons

The management staff in the contact center isn't the great and there are more than half that are unprofessional and so clueless that I don't understand how they have a job. There are some great management staffs that work there. They need to take handle of their management staff before the contact center can really grow. They're a start up company that has been struggling the past few months but I believe in this company and I believe that they can succeed with the proper leadership.

Pros

You're co-workers are great to work with and many are extremely helpful.

Cons

Upper management makes decisions based on what tthey think rather than listening to their employees. There is no follow through on their end and lack the people skills needed to keep the morale up. When asking them for help, upper management tells us they are not available-EVER. Overworked staffed.
