      Pros

      Management are very considerable. They have opportunities for advancement and they encourage you to take advantage. Great place as a start up job

      Cons

      Lots of work. The late hours are not necessary. Working on weekends are also not as necessary. The company kitchen has expired food.

      People are great, especially the directors. Good Benefits

      Company is so worried about money they act as people are expendable. Very low pay. New CEO is dictator and ego maniac.

      Pros

      - Great, outgoing, and friendly management - Decent hours based on performance - Good start-up company. They're willing to give anyone a chance.

      Cons

      - The position itself is just terrible. This is probably how it is for any inbound call center. Not much can be done about it. -Was assured being able to move around in the company after 6-8 months. Policy changes caused trouble. - You are working for 3 different Credit unions. Because of this, each call may be from someone in a completely different state/area. Since the company isn't actually the individual credit union, you have to mask that part.
