Pros

The schedule is your typical Monday through Friday from 6:30AM to 3PM. The work itself is fun and engaging, however due to the pandemic training sessions have been cut back for FAA students. This is a great job for someone interested in learning more about ATC and wants to get their foot in the door. Management is good and schedule is flexible.

Cons

The pay is stagnate, don't expect a raise.

Professional work environment, quality senior leadership.

Remote pilot operator salary is fairly low (about $21/hr), despite it requiring more technical knowledge than admin positions (which are paid more).
