Pros

If you enjoy being overworked, underpaid, and belittled by your supervisors it’s great.

Cons

You are overworked, underpaid, and the company will argue with your union and tell you that a 2% raise over the next 3 years is fair. You get treated like trash, if you or your family gets sick they will write you up because of it, and if you call in you are questioned by supervisors regardless of the reason. The work like balance is 80% at work and maybe 20% at home once you certify. Double turns, turn doubles, and double doubles happen weekly. Expect 7 shifts in 5 days regularly. Absolutely no chance for upwards movement in the company period.

Pros

-you receive health and wellness added to your paycheck -great bosses -offered different learning opportunities, ex: cross training. -more intimate than most other places -great pay -holiday pay if you are full time

Cons

-if you add money to your retirement plan, they will company match using one of your health and wellness payments. -there have been a few times where my paycheck was short and the company didn't provide enough reasoning behind it

Pros

Travel via airlines, rental cars are great. Marriott hotels are good.

Cons

Scheduling and acquiring a contract is going to be a surprise as to when, where, and what time which could make or break your confidence and job security if low on financial support.
