Pros

Good pay for the state of Oklahoma. The company loves to give raises as much as they can. If requested off in advance, you were able to get guaranteed vacations within 6 months of requesting them and sometimes even 3-4 weeks in advance. It was on a supply-and-demand basis.

Cons

Unstable hours between working mornings or nights.
