      There really aren't any pros to mention.

      Complete disconnect from top to bottom. Recruited, interviewed, offered a position, accepted, hired, uprooted halfway across the United States to the State of Washington. Within 5 months laid off, stranded without any support network. Company stated that I could apply with the company again along with work in another location. Even applying internally to apply with other SAM Company locations across the country, as an applicant I'm overlooked and discarded for open hiring positions, mind you. to describe the tone from corporate HR, "sometimes what's best for you professionally isn't what's best for the company," as cryptically state by random HR personnel from Austin, TX. If you love gate-keeping, wimpy, passive aggressive management with the occasional clown thrown in on the side, by all means join the team in Redmond, WA. If you're ready to loose more money than you'll make in a given year, please come work with the office side at SAM. Single-handedly the worst experience in my working professional career. You're not "just a number," here, you're a "number that doesn't matter." Run away from this team.

      None to speak of. Advice - Don't accept employment there.

      Cons

      Absolutely the worst place that I have ever worked. Nothing but office politics, managers slamming doors, closed door meetings all the time. Co workers come and go (fired or quit) from one day to the next. Employment is a revolving door.

      We are disappointed to hear that your time with SAM was not positive. We try to provide a company culture that is challenging and allows employees to grow and succeed. Although we do our best to keep our employees engaged, there are times when employees may leave us to find a better fit for their skills and experience. We have a rigorous interviewing process to allow both us and the employee an opportunity to learn about each other and make the right decision whether to join SAM. In this process we attempt to clearly describe the role that the employee will be performing, as well as give them an understanding of our company and the core values that are important to us. Often times our efforts in this process is successful and the needs of the employees and the company align perfectly; other times our effort does not turn out the way we had wanted. In those circumstances, it is always our hope that the employees find success in their new role. Thank you for feedback.

      Cons

      Hire and fire very fast. The Company has three different names.
