Great health care, when its good at Sam It's good. When it's Bad it's Bad!!!

Cons

The Dallas Office is ran like a big High school, lots of cronyism, fraternization and cliques. If you don't fit into their box you will be shunned like a plague.

Pros

Free tacos, good commute if you're south, flexible hours, decent pay & benefits, 401k match, tuition reimbursement , decent bonus

Cons

Bad management, good ole boys environment, lack of training, poor software- they use three different systems just to pay you!! One for time sheets one for pay stubs and one for expense reimbursements, ridiculous! Poor morale environment due to oil and gas economy- layoffs of full time employees only to bring them back as temps at a lower rate without benefits. No loyalty to long time employees. I'd get in, get the resume experience, enjoy the perks and get out. Not a long term company

Many of the people there are great to work with.

Cons

No real structure. As long as you are one of the CEO's favorites you can do whatever you want. Suck up to Sam and you're golden; don't and eventually you'll be gone - even if you are performing well. Dishonest HR - they aren't truthful about why people left (leaving). If you force someone to leave by laying them off, don't say they voluntarily resigned.
