Breakfast tacos, employee appreciation gifts

Pros

It was a very easy place to work if you did your job.

Cons

I always thought they were trigger happy on letting people go. If your interviewing with them, ask the recruiter how many people have been laid off in say the last year and ask yourself if you think you'd be safe

Managers do not take responsibility

Pros

Good benefits, great HR staff

Cons

For the last few months I was interrogated like I was a POW on the projects I was working on. I was interrogated several times and each time lasted almost 30 minutes. It was always very negative and never any positive feedback. If you are hired for anything above entry-level they have high expectations on your performance even though they do not provide the proper training. If a project manager had negative feedback from their superior the project manager would direct that negativity on you and pass on the blame to you. The project managers never take responsibility for missing deadlines and instead make you take all the blame. They will allow certain people to make mistakes but I was targeted for mine. This company does not treat people equally. I wish I left sooner.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We welcome input to help us improve on roadblocks as we continue to grow our business. It is unfortunate that you did not have a good experience working with our firm. As a means to strengthen our internal communication, we implemented our Learning and Development program earlier this year. It is our intent to train our managers on best practices and processes. Our hope is that this program encourages managers to build strong, working relationships with their employees. We want them to maintain lasting connections with their teams which is a principle that ties back to our Core Value, Integrity & Ethics. I appreciate the acknowledgement of our HR Team. They are a hard-working group that is also available to listen to challenges and suggestions from employees.
