It is unfortunate that you did not have a good experience working with our firm. As a means to strengthen our internal communication, we implemented our Learning and Development program earlier this year. It is our intent to train our managers on best practices and processes. Our hope is that this program encourages managers to build strong, working relationships with their employees.
