Hello, We’re sorry to hear your time at SBI wasn’t up to your expectations. Our clients are among the top commercial plant suppliers in the world and we work diligently to meet their project deadlines. Leadership must remain pragmatic and does have to make difficult decisions on the fly from time to time. Developing and supporting a superior product isn’t always easy, and we’re all on the front line together. That’s one of the reasons both our compensation package and bonus structure are highly competitive. Despite 15 years in the industry we remain as agile as a startup. The decision to remain a privately held company with no debt and no investors does come with its challenges, but at this time, we wouldn’t have it any other way.
