Business Outlook
Pros
Good flat structure, cutting edge products and forward thinking. They pay all your benefits which is nice and the plan is really good, you also get bonuses every month which helps. The location is great and growing and located in a good part of Portland. Oh yeah, fully stocked fridge, have to control yourself.
Cons
You have to have thick skin as feedback and communication is direct but on point; no one beats around the bush which I happen to like. You have to be a self starter and take ownership over yourself and your job. Sometimes have to work late on big projects but this is common anywhere...
