Pros

The people here are very talented, driven hard workers who want to improve one day at a time. The management team advocates for transparent and honest conversations to help guide each employee to more growth and experience in their roles! I enjoy how every day I'm able to continue down a path of learning and growing.

Pros

SCORR is an impressive agency with a group of talented people. They care about their people and have really ramped up their employee benefits recently. They offer learning opportunities across the organization and there are career growth opportunities.

Cons

Like most agencies, SCORR is very fast paced. This isn't necessarily a con, but if you don't enjoy juggling multiple priorities, this isn't the workplace for you.

Pros

Career development: Managers and leadership are invested in supporting the professional growth of employees, seeing employees as their greatest asset. Day to day employees get the opportunity to work with leadership which is extremely rare. The company is growing quickly leading to even more growth opportunities for employees. Drug development industry: The work you do day in and day out has a positive impact on the world. We work with some of the most impressive companies in the industry. People: Employees are passionate and welcoming. Everyone cares about you as a human, not just as an employee. Your contributions are valued. The day-to-day work is very fast-paced, which comes with working at any agency. People either love this or hate it, I love it. No two days are the same and I am engaged in my work.

Cons

A 45 hour week is standard. It's a small company so the benefits aren't great.
