Pros

- Mission based organization - working in the health sciences spaces provides me with the sense of purpose and fulfillment knowing that I'm utilizing my skillset to contribute to an industry that is working to make positive change for patients worldwide - Growth opportunities; growing organization that invests in talent - Agency that is focused on strategy as the foundation, not one-off execution focused; client relationships based on true partnership - Agile and solution oriented - Strong focus on the companies core values - Collaborative environment - Summer hours and early close on last Friday of every month when not in summer hours - In office, hybrid and remote work models - Team - Strong reputation in the industry - No two days are the same

Cons

- It is an agency so there are times when over 45+ hours are needed - Extremely fast paced environment and requires constant real-time pivoting in prioritization so if you are someone who likes a more methodical work environment probably not the right fit - A lot of the project work and subject matter is scientific in nature so there can be a bit of a learning curve
