-Good tips -Aesthetically pleasing environment -free laser treatment

Cons

-micromanaging -no room for growth -low hourly wage -overbooked client schedule -no employee stays for too long and new people are constantly leaving because how bad the job is -you can clearly tell that the company only cares about making money and not about employees happiness or mental health

Low hourly pay, extremely poor management/HR/ownership, not really any room for growth, poor ergonomics with no solution, high RN turnover, no parking provided and parking is very rough in the area, NO BENEFITS
