      Stay Away…

      Pros

      The employees are mostly solid people. It’s the ones in charge who make it a bad place to work.

      Cons

      Where to start.. The base pay is abysmal. Even worse, they set goals that they know you won’t be able to hit. They are squeezing every last bit of money out of their departments and at the end of the year brag about how well the company is doing. Excessively taxing employees to keep the company looking good for a future sale of the company. Management treats you like a child so if you want that, then look no further!

      A once great company that is going downhill fast

      Great benefits, direct management is excellent

      Cons

      Pays significantly below market for my role, C-level management claims to be all about being transparent yet goes and makes decisions that almost everyone dislikes, claim to support all walks of life at their company but is cutting funding for ERGs and making it more difficult for the ERGs to host events, fired several people for asking questions about the employee handbook in a meeting

      Stop promoting people to positions outside their expertise. Just because a person excels at sales doesn't mean that they will excel in management.

      Cons

      Lack of clear focus by management and late adoption to technology.
