      Pros

      You can make tons of money if you’re organized and willing to put in the work. Not uncommon for first/second years to make over $100k

      Cons

      Base salary is low. (Slow start but it picks up very quickly if you work hard). Ordering systems are a bit archaic, however they keep upgrading and making processes easier for sellers. No real complaints. Great job to have

      Good company depends on Dept Head

      My position was fully remote. Team encouraged training and was highly supportive

      Cons

      New management was not truthful about their intentions. Specific to my department only. Though I believe it is a good company overall.
