Thanks for providing your feedback. Unfortunately it contains disconnects that could have been clarified while you were still with our company. We don’t believe it possible for SHI to simultaneously post 18% year-over-year growth and maintain one of the industry’s most efficient support organizations without the vast majority of employees working together to make it happen.
