A lot of potential but...

Pros

-opportunity to meet some great people -mobility and growth opportunities but it really depends on who your leadership is -hybrid schedule (most employees are 3 days in, 2 days remote) -benefits are decent

Cons

-low salaries compared to market value of similar roles -company doesn't take all federal holidays off -not enough PTO -low morale and favoritism, depending on what department you're in -company infrastructure needs a lot of work
