      Pros

      Great health insurance. Standards are fairly low. Depending on your (non-sales) role/team, good salary and good work/life balance. The benefits of overachieving versus just clocking in and clocking out are exactly the same, so you might as well just meet the baseline. Working at SHI completely cured my imposter syndrome.

      Cons

      Absolutely no clear communication or organization within the company as a whole and between orgs/verticals/teams. Good luck finding out who does what outside of your immediate team! 401k match seems high but full vesting takes five years, so the numbers shown in your account are overinflated until you hit the five year mark. Regardless of whether you're a current or former employee, HR will mishandle your documentation/emails then ignore your time-sensitive responses/questions (including the ones THEY asked YOU for); sometimes the only way to get a response is to CC the whole team and even that is a 50/50.
