      SHI is good but not great

      Pros

      The people are great at SHI and there is many layers to expand and advance career.

      Cons

      AE Comp plans are not as attractive as other resellers and manufacturers offer. Micro managers Lackadaisical support from inside reps and internal resources.

      Pretty Good Pay with Misguided Management

      Pros

      Great opportunity for growth; prefers to hire within. Good company to have on your resume.

      Cons

      Seems to lack vision on how to properly support employee base. Actively ignores negative feedback received in internal anonymous surveys, and continues to make decisions that no one within wants, cares, or asks for. People want more flexibility with RTO now that its been proven your employees can succeed at home, yet SHI chooses to invest millions of dollars instead into building renovations and forcing people to come back to the office.

      Low pay

      Benefits are good, great people, able to move around the company fairly easy.

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low and you don’t get traditional annual raises, they pay external hires x1.5-x2 more.
