Management is extremely unethical, lie and cannot be trusted at all. People there only care about themselves and managers only care about how much money you're making them.

Once had great leadership, culture, practiced what they preached, and promoted entrepreneurial spirit

Cons

Would benefit from actual sales leadership the company would respect. Churn has increased tremendously as focus moved from attracting, developing and retaining top talent and valuing sales people and process exclusively to counterproductive cookie cutter metric analysis, micromanaging minutia, promoting and rewarding those most compliant to overhead activities while punishing genuine producers and thought leaders

Valuable Career Experience, Lack of Flexibility

Great entry level career that opened up opportunities to add valuable experience to the resume. Made great friends & built a vast network along the way. If you're one of the lucky ones, you can have financial success here.

Cons

The company is always changing with re-orgs, focuses, & processes. However they've failed to adapt to the life changes that have occurred since 2008. The average age range seems to be older than it was years ago and requiring employees to attend several happy hours outside of working hours seems like an outdated "culture." The burn out ratio is high because of unrealistic expectations. The lack of loyalty to employees who have been loyal to them & made the company millions of dollars is minimal, and honestly sad. The 1% revenue tax seems unfair. I'm not convinced that money gets re-invested like leaderships says. There is favoritism in account reassignment & a lot of your success will depend on turnover & if your manager likes you / directors & VPs trust you. A few upper leaders care more about $$$ & numbers than the people.
