A good starting place for new grads

Pros

Good first job out of college. Many great people have worked there. A good springboard for moving into other areas of the IT sales and marketing world, depending on which position you have.

Cons

Unless you were 1 of the 10 sales reps that started with the company, don't expect to make a million. On large deals, the company almost expects you to get permission to go under cost to win the bid/deal. You won't see the commission, but the company gets the revenue and will see backend money, you won't see a dime.

Cons

1. Poor training 2. Once they burn you out, they replace you with another worker from the training pool 3. If you don't drink the company koolaid, see #2 4. Depending on the team you're assigned, your commission may be peanuts compared to a team that does little to no work 5. Incompetent Account Executives 6. Terrible Wi-Fi

Pros

Competitive, hardworking and fun atmosphere. Each sales team has complete control over their business and how it is run. The culture is great and they hold a lot of events for the employees.

Cons

There can be some issues in communication with the management team, or the different sides of the sales teams.
