Friendly, Non-Corporate Atmosphere. Great benefits (Health, Dental, and 401k) Paid Lunches / Vendor Sponsored Events Endless opportunities for advancement after a year.

Cons

Difficult Training for someone without a moderate understanding of IT environment. No choice of first account-which is huge-because this determines the amount of commission. High turn over rate for the position.
