      Pros

      Top level leadership is good. Internal systems are good cutting edge IT is actually used in everyday business. Work from home policies were very good.

      Cons

      The company lacked direction would change at the drop of a hat. Sales positions are a revolving door most people are out the door in two years or less.

      Pros

      Friendly staff. Training is entertaining and all SHI members are young, understanding employees. Sales managers are typically relaxed and can help with any issues.

      Cons

      Low pay with small commission. Moving up does not mean earning a much bigger salary. They hire all recent college grads and do not care if they leave the company within a year.

      Great culture, real team environment, everyone helps each other regardless of team or function, lots of fun events, career advancement, committed to hiring from within, HR is really helpful, lots of random and unexpected opportunities to use other talents you may have

      Cons

      starting pay too low, no real on-boarding process, it could be depending on the team, but putting in long hours and extra effort gets you nowhere
