      Great place to start

      Pros

      Ability to work with different teams Leadership is open to mentoring and networking The Austin office is nice, we get weekly lunches provided from different vendors. I like my team and the people in the office

      Cons

      Pay is not in line with market PTO and benefits are subpar ( 11 days PTO, 5 days sick, choice holidays ( Either x or y) not all which) Mandatory to be in office 3 days a week ( not bad in comparison to other jobs, my role is mainly remote / my meetings are all remote)
