      Pros

      Some really impressive uneducated/non degreed employees. 90% of employees has no prior education or industry experience. They teach you to flip burgers on the job!

      Cons

      Extremely weak leadership that rides on the coattails of some very effective and cheap employees: reminds me of a sweatshop somewhere in Asia, making running shoes. At SHI, they are just selling whatever a partner pawns in front of them, that week, including customized sneakers. That’s not a joke! Not solution or Value based selling methodology is adopted. No intellectual approach to the sales process. Efforts of one individual are being made to cause some form of disruption. Sure he will burn himself out doing it.

      The people make it a great place to work. I appreciate a hybrid workplace. Close to local facilities.

      Too many staff for the building.
