      Thank you for your review. Our engineering team is terrific, and we appreciate you recognizing them. Work life balance is something personal to each individual. Most of our salaried employees average between 8 and 9 hours a day and take advantage of schedule flexibility when "life" happens.

      Pros

      Great place to grow and strengthen your career. Management treats employees accordingly and recognizes efforts. I enjoy coming to work everyday. The company has great core values that are upheld.

      Cons

      A forge shop like any forge shop can be overwhelming if you’re not use to it.
