      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to work overtime, the coworkers were great people very knowledgeable. Had a four day work week. Union shop

      Cons

      Terrible communication between management and hourly employees, management was unaware of what was going on in the production side. Everything was ran through corporate until the finally closed our doors.

      Many opportunities to learn and do new things. No politics -- people interact on equal footing and support one another

      Only a con for some: fast-paced and lots to do. Great culture if you are high energy and like to continuously improve.
