      Paid on time. Interesting projects.

      No on-boarding program. Poor communication from managers. Unfriendly staff. High expectations considering salary and position.

      The whole company they are against they own employees they stay fighting the union

      We appreciate that you are expressing some frustration and wish we had more information to be able to respond. We have always respected our production employees' choice to be represented by a union, and having a strong working relationship with the union is a priority for us. We don't expect to always agree, but we do expect that we can always find a way to work it out together.
