      Pros

      The office I worked in was full of people that really cared about education and about each other. They were all willing to help each other out. SJCOE also does a great job in making sure their employees continue to develop in their career and moving into positions of higher responsibility is not out of the question.

      Honestly, I did not find many cons during my time there.

      Pay was great for little to no experience required The option to pick your work days was helpful as a student.

      Cons

      Lots of driving to locations that may be far. Getting jobs maybe inconsistent so salary will vary widely also it is monthly pay. The students can range from pleasant to extremely difficult so be prepared.
