Pros
I loved the experience that I gained and many of the relationships that I made. I appreciated upper leadership's vision and goals along with their execution to meet those goals.
Cons
Each department has their own issues. If you are lucky to get into a department that is run by great people, you are golden and will love it. Unfortunately, not all directors and division directors are created equally and that can break your time there and drive you away.
